80% cotton 20% polyester.
* Front pouch pocket.
* Double fabric hood with self-colour drawcord.
* Brushed back fleece.
* Drop shoulder style.
* Ribbed cuffs and hem.

Washing Instructions:
* Turn the garment inside out.
* Wash at 30°C (86°F) or lower.
* Do not tumble dry.
* Do not iron the design or leave it on the radiator.
* Do not use bleach.
* No dry cleaning.

Return Policy

Refund Policy for Customized Hoodies

At Hoode-Hero, each hoodie is made to order and fully customized to your specifications, making it a unique and personal item just for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized products unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Refunds Will Be Issued Only If:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • There is a printing or customization error caused by us.

How to Request a Refund:

If your product meets the criteria for a refund due to damage or an error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: hello@hoodie-hero.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size choices (please refer to our size guide before ordering).
  • Any changes to the design after production has started.
